Once you've signed-off on the project to your complete satisfaction, we provide you with a package, detailing components and systems that make up your new home.

What's in your package?
Maintenance information, key contacts, and warranties on the various components we've installed in your new home. Our maintenance package is complete and is available in an on-line database through the Home Warranty Resource. In conjunction with B. Gallant Homes, they help you manage the documentation to ensure you're on schedule with routine house maintenance - all of which contributes to the longevity of your new home.
